Preorders & Made-to-Order Purchases
Preorder and made-to-order purchases are final once the order is placed and cannot be canceled or refunded for change of mind.
These purchases may be used to determine production quantities or may initiate production, printing, materials, or other fulfillment costs specifically in response to your order.
Please review all product details, production timelines, shipping estimates, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
If co|creative is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a refund for the affected item.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund Policy for information about replacements or refunds.
Changes to an Order
Because production or fulfillment may begin shortly after purchase, changes to an order cannot be guaranteed.
If you notice an error in your shipping address or order information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to make corrections before fulfillment begins when possible.
Other Purchase Options
If co|creative offers subscriptions or other recurring purchase options in the future, any applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed when that purchase option is offered.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
